During July,we get a order for 2000pcs float ball order from our United States client. The ball is application in API6D float ball valve,and suitable for the Oil&Gas environment.The base material of ball is F6a with hardface sealing solution.The ball and Seats Coated 200 Micron Tungsten carbide powder by HVOF coating.And the Ball and Seats with Metal to Metal Lapping. The clients come to our factory personal test the hardface sealing,and are very satisfy in our job.
