New PR2 Grade API 6A gate valve 3-1/8″ 2M flange end
On date Nov.21, 2013, we finished a new batch PR2 gate valve for our overseas customer, the valve specification is as follows:
API 6A gate valve 3-1/8″ 2M flange end, ring type joint ,temperature rating Y (0-650 DEG F),
Material class ‘DD’-05, PSL-1, PR-2, expandable gate valve, non rising stem, bolt bonnet, pressuring derating 2000 PSI, ambient rerated to 1,430 PSI 650 DEG F, hand wheel operated, RX-31 annex- G-design And rating of equipment
For use at elevated temp., grease and draint ports on the valve body, fittings on the top and Bottom of valve cavity, metal to metal seat-to-gate seal &Seat to body seal,
Material of construction:
- Valve body: AISI 4130, 60K forged steel
- Valve bonnet: AISI 4130, 60K forged steel
- Valve gate: AISI 4130, 75K forged steel nitride
- Valve seat: AISI 4130, 75K forged steel nitride
- Valve stem: AISI 4130, 75K forged steel nitride
- Stem packing: high temp. graphite stem packing
- Injection packing: high temp. Injection packing
- Bonnet gasket: AISI 316SS crush ring
- Grease and drain port fittings: AISI 4140
